Enoki mushrooms are fragile long stemmed mushrooms with small caps with a mildly earthy flavor and a slight crunch.
Paengi are used in soups, stews, stir fry, banchan dishes, and even lightly grilled.

These mushrooms are available in Korean and Asian markets, and most larger groceries

Enokis last for up to 14 days. Keep refrigerated in paper bags.

Trim the bottom of the cluster and separate into smaller bunches.
