Dandelions are used as edible greens in stir fry, banchan dishes, and soups. Leaves, stems, and roots can be dried and used to make a tea like drinks served hot or iced.
Shopping:
Fresh dandelion greens are sometimes available in Larger Korean markets, farmer's markets, and some specialty grocers. Look for uniform color and healthy looking leaves/stems (no black or brown spots).
Foraging:
Forage from areas that are not sprayed with pesticides or herbicides
