쑥인절미 Ssuk injeolmi | Sweet Rice Cake with Mugwort

A rice cake made of steamed glutinous rice, sugar or honey, and mugwort that is beaten to make a firm, sticky dough. The rice cake is cut into squares or rectangles and coated in ground beans or black sesame seeds to prevent them from sticking together and give them flavor.
