맥주 Beer
Mekju is a generic word for beer.
In the past Korean beer was limited to just a few breweries, probably the largest of which were Crown and OB.
More recently Hite Jinro, Cass, Kloud and others have increased the types and quality of Korean mainstream beer, and quite a few craft brews have also appeared.
