잡채 japchae | Stir-fried Glass Noodles and Vegetables
Vegetables and beef pan-fried separately then mixed with clear noodles, soy sauce, and other seasonings. Usually served either chilled or at room temperature. One of the most popular party dishes, this dish is often seen at special banquets.
A method variation is to cook all ingredients in the same pan and serve hot.
