Hobakjeon

호박전 hobakjeon | Pan-fried Summer Squash
Squash sliced into thin round pieces, coated in flour and egg batter, and pan-fried.
The egg batter may have green onion or garlic pieces. Usually served with a seasoned soy sauce for dipping.
