Pork rib pieces first coated in a flour batter and deep-fried, then glazed in a sweet and spicy soy sauce
mixture.
May also be par-boiled, pan fried with onion, green onion, and garlic, then glazed in either a sweet spicy sauce, or a sweet savory sauce.
