Danja is a variation of Tteok or Korean rice cake that is made by steaming sweet rice flour then pounding it into a mass similar to a very stiff dough. The dough is then shaped into
small rice cake balls, dipped in honey, and rolled in ground chestnuts mixed with cinnamon.
